You can delete your account at any time. After you confirm a code sent to your registered phone or email, the deletion is scheduled 7 days later and you are signed out of all your devices at once. During that time you can cancel it in the app or on this page; after it, the deletion is final.
In the app
Open the Muthaberon app, then Profile → Delete account, and follow the steps. Or delete it on this page without the app.
What is deleted
- Your phone number, email, name and preferences, and any link to a Google or Apple account.
- Your devices registered for notifications, your in-app notifications and the impact cards you shared.
- Your volunteer profile (skills, availability and approximate area).
- Every sign-in session on every device, and your membership of the foundation's team if you are staff.
- Certificates issued to you: revoked with your name erased, so their verification page shows only «revoked».
What stays and why
- Donations, issued receipts and ledger entries: financial records the law requires us to keep, so they stay without your number, email or account.
- The audit log, for accounting and security, without your number or email.
