Signing in on the foundation's website with your phone or email and a one-time code, what you find in My account, exporting your data, and signing out.
You can follow your giving on the foundation's website as in the app, with the same account. There is no password: you sign in with your phone number or email and a code we send you.
Signing in
- Press Sign in at the top of any page.
- Type your phone number as you usually write it (for example 0770 123 4567) or your email, and press Send sign-in code. If the foundation offers more than one phone channel (SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram), choose one.
- Enter the 6-digit code and press Verify and sign in. The code is valid for 5 minutes and stops working after 5 wrong attempts; request a new one with Send a new code.
Your first sign-in with a new number or email creates your account, and your earlier guest donations made with the same number or email are linked to it automatically.
What is in My account

When you give while signed in, the donation and its receipt are added to your account without typing your details, and you can choose Monthly. See Monthly giving.
Export my data
In Privacy and data, choose your verified phone or email, press Send confirmation code, then enter the code and press Verify and prepare the file. You get a notice that the file was prepared; if you did not ask for it, sign out everywhere and contact the foundation. The file is JSON, stays available for 15 minutes, and can be requested 3 times a day.
Signing out
- Sign out at the top of the page ends your session in this browser only.
- Sign out everywhere in My account ends all your sessions: this browser, the app and any other browser. Use it if you lost your phone or signed in on someone else's device.
Your session on the website lasts up to 30 days from your last visit, as in the app.
If your account is scheduled for deletion
Every page of My account shows "Your account will be deleted on …" with Cancel deletion. Until you cancel, you can only view your data. See Deleting your account.
For staff
This sign-in opens the donor account only and never the dashboard, which has its own sign-in with a password and an authenticator code.
