What we keep of your data and why, and what is shown publicly and what never is.

What we keep

Your phone or email: to send your receipt, and to sign in with a verification code in the app.
Your donations: to issue receipts and certificates and to compute your impact.
Notification preferences: your consent for each channel is recorded with its date, and each change applies immediately.
For volunteers: skills, availability and an approximate area only (about 10 km); never your exact location.

Your card details: you pay on the payment gateway's page, and they never pass through our servers.

Your name in donor lists or on your campaign page only if you choose.
Receipt and certificate verification pages show minimal details: no amounts on certificates and no contact details.
An impact card you share shows your trees and projects, never amounts, and your name is hidden unless you turn it on.
Your achievements are private by default.

Donor contact details are masked for most staff, and every full view or export is written to the audit log.

Location data (EXIF) is removed from photos before publishing, and tree locations may be shown approximately to protect them.

The help center assistant answers from the articles only. Never type a card number, a password or personal details into it.

Read the full privacy policy, and you can delete your account in the app or on the website at any time.
