Transparency and where the money goes
The approved spending statement, the ledger-reconciled annual report, and how estimated figures are handled.
Where does the money go?
The foundation publishes how it spent, per period, on: Trees (seedlings and planting), Watering and maintenance, Transport, Field operations and Administration. Figures come from the foundation's approved accounts, and nothing is published before the finance manager approves it. Find it on the website's transparency page, on project pages and in the app.
The annual impact report
Generated from real data: trees planted, funded and maintained, the survival rate, donations from the ledger (gross, refunds, fees and net), campaigns and volunteering. A published version never changes, and it shows whether its figures match the financial ledger. Download it as a PDF or share its image.
Estimated figures
Figures such as carbon sequestration are estimates, not measurements, and appear only with an approved methodology published with its formula, sources and assumptions. The satellite vegetation index is an estimate over the whole project area, not a tree count.
Trees and evidence
Every planting and follow-up is recorded in the field with photos and a location, and is published only after a field manager approves it.
